Don't prefer export symbols from PHY driver. That'll create unnecessary
dependencies between the controller and the PHY.

I think it'll be better to create a new attribute and use it?

Don't prefer export symbols from PHY driver. That'll create unnecessary
dependencies between the controller and the PHY.

I think it'll be better to create a new attribute and use it?
