Well. In this case you could use either one, but if you have more 
conditions #if defined() is bit more efficient:

#ifdef A
#ifdef B
#endif
#endif

vs.

#if defined(A) && defined(B)

Well. In this case you could use either one, but if you have more 
conditions #if defined() is bit more efficient:

#ifdef A

#endif
#endif
