Yes. My expectation is that adding a cachedev will work the same way as adding a memdev in Alejandro's type 2 set but without
the HDM portions. I'm assuming there will also be some memory provisioning done for setting up the cache region, but that's not in
this set since it doesn't seem we have a consensus on the way to do that.
