Yes.

After "git fetch $random_place master && git log ..FETCH_HEAD" to inspect
what the other guy is up to, if you do not like what you see, you do want
the objects that are only reachable from FETCH_HEAD to go away (note that
it is not counted as the root of fsck traversal for this exact reason).
