Hi all,

what is the reason there is no support for sha256 as default
(SCTP_DEFAULT_COOKIE_HMAC_SHA256)? sha256 is mentioned in RFC 4895 (2007).

I'm not aware of any particular reason. Perhaps it just wasn't
implemented. We're open to patches, btw. ;-)
