Is there any good documentation on setting minburst/maxburst on CBQ as
well as burst rates for other queuing disciplines as mentioned above?

HTB is implemented on its own page, and mentions the bucket sizes needed.
CBQ is only documented on http://ds9a.nl/lartc ... (it also mentions
minburst).
