* [LARTC] Beginner "prio" question...

I keep reading through documentation an I don't really get it:

If I set a prio qdisc on an interface like this:

tc qdisc del dev eth0 root
tc qdisc add dev eth0 root handle 10: prio


... and I don't set any tc filters, all the traffic goes in bands 1, 2 
or 3 based on the TOS field?
