[LARTC] help : how can i do this bandwidth control

eth0 : connect to internet (address 192.168.1.1)

eth1 : connect local Lan (address 192.168.2.1)

eth2 : connect to DMZ (address 192.168.3.1)

i wanna to control bandwidth of which user in Lan access internet;how could i do it ?

i had do like follow:

tc qdisc add dev eth0 root handle 1:0 cbq bandwidth 100Mbit avpkt 1000 cell 8 mpu 64
tc class add dev eth0 parent 1:0 classid 1:1 cbq bandwidth 10Mbit rate 100Mbit avpkt 1000 cell 8 mpu 64
tc class add dev eth0 parent 1:1 classid 1:2 cbq bandwidth 10Mbit rate 1Mbit avpkt 1000 cell 8 mpu64 split 1:0 bounded
tc filter add dev eth0 parent 1:0 protocol ip prio 2 u32 match ip dst 192.168.2.113 flowid 1:2

but it's didn't work ;why ? who can tell me ,thanks in advance

What's not working?  The setup you posted will bound the upload (so traffic TO 
the internet) to 1mbit for host 192.168.2.113.

And bandwidth should be the NIC link bandwidth.
