eth0 : connect to internet (address 192.168.1.1)

eth1 : connect local Lan (address 192.168.2.1)

eth2 : connect to DMZ (address 192.168.3.1)

i wanna to control bandwidth of which user in Lan access internet;how could i do it ?

i had do like follow:

tc qdisc add dev eth0 root handle 1:0 cbq bandwidth 100Mbit avpkt 1000 cell 8 mpu 64
tc class add dev eth0 parent 1:0 classid 1:1 cbq bandwidth 10Mbit rate 100Mbit avpkt 1000 cell 8 mpu 64
tc class add dev eth0 parent 1:1 classid 1:2 cbq bandwidth 10Mbit rate 1Mbit avpkt 1000 cell 8 mpu64 split 1:0 bounded
tc filter add dev eth0 parent 1:0 protocol ip prio 2 u32 match ip dst 192.168.2.113 flowid 1:2

but it's didn't work ;why ? who can tell me ,thanks in advance
