Hello,
I have made some progress getting UltraPenguin 1.1.9 running
on a Sun CP1500 CompactPci board (UltraSparc IIi 270/300Mhz).
Everything seems to work except the on-board SYM53C875 SCSI controller.
Does anybody know what might cause these errors?
<6>ncr53c8xx: at PCI bus 1, device 2, function 0
<6>ncr53c8xx: 53c875 detected

I have played around with the kernel SCSI config settings, but nothing
seems to work. I'm fairly new at this, so please go easy if this
is a no-brainer!

The cache test only fails if the IOMMU mappings and translations for
the PCI controller are not setup correctly.
How much ram is in this machine? You may want to update to the latest
cvs kernel sources as I have fixed several things to get my 2GB ram
AXmp machine working properly.
