Is this really better than:

SYSTEMD_CONF_OPT     += $(if $(BR2_PACKAGE_ACL),--enable-acl,--disable-acl)
SYSTEMD_DEPENDENCIES += $(if $(BR2_PACKAGE_ACL),acl)
