I don't really know about sh4 issue but a new cppcms 1.1.x version will be
available in near future [1].
The 1.0.x version is getting old.

As for gcc, we need to replace struct ucontext with ucontext_t.

We should also try with the latest binutils and gcc, and see if the
problem still exists. If it does, we should report it upstream.

According to [1], the pause instruction is only supported since MIPS32/64 R2.
However, the Boost definition of cpu_relax() uses pause unconditionally. (Side
note: the kernel defines cpu_relax() as a simple barrier() for mips.)
I think the best solution is to make fiber depend on !BR2_MIPS_CPU_MIPS32 &&
!BR2_MIPS_CPU_MIPS64

Bug in the Makefile.in: install-local is invoked both directly from the install
target, and from the install-recursive target. So with parallel build, the two
invocations can race. That's what you get when you don't use automake :-)
You can easily see it, even if you build non-parallel, the commands for
install-icu are executed twice.
The solution is simply to remove install-local from install, since
install-recursive implies it.
Note that this could just as well occur in the build step, since all and
all-recursive also both invoke all-local. But the chance of that leading to an
error is almost zero

Yet another case of "let's screw up things because we don't use automake". The
directory is created in .pre-build, the file is created in
${objsdir}/KompexSQLiteBlob.o, and there is no dependency between the two, only
implicit ordering since they're both dependencies of .build-conf.
Oh, and another great gaffe in this Makefile: they create .d files and then
don't include them in the Makefile...
