Is it possible to having a psr state in intel crtc state to do this,
this can be used in future when will have dual psr display?

intel_psr_fastset_force() also forcing the fastset when psr mode
change from debugfs, may be intel_psr_force_mode_changed_set(true)
can get rid of that.
