Fix kernel-doc warnings on xe_vm_validation_exec():

Warning: ../drivers/gpu/drm/xe/xe_vm.h:392 expecting prototype for
  xe_vm_set_validation_exec(). Prototype was for xe_vm_validation_exec()
  instead
