* [PATCH V2 1/5] PCI/AER: replace pci_reset_bridge_secondary_bus with pci_reset_bus

The error handling path is not saving and restoring the settings on
other devices getting impacted by a secondary bus reset. Using a better
API to take care of this.

* [PATCH V2 4/5] PCI: add CRS support to error handling path

The PCIE spec allows an endpoint device to extend the initialization time
beyond 1 second by issuing Configuration Request Retry Status (CRS) for a
vendor ID read request.

This basically means "I'm busy now, please call me back later".

There are two moving parts to CRS support from the SW perspective. One part
is to determine if CRS is supported or not. The second part is to set the
CRS visibility register.

As part of the probe, the Linux kernel sets the above two conditions in
pci_enable_crs function. The kernel is also honoring the returned CRS in
pci_bus_read_dev_vendor_id function if supported. The function will poll up
to specified amount of time while endpoint is returning CRS response.

The PCIe spec also allows CRS to be issued during cold, warm, hot and FLR
resets.

The hot reset is initiated by starting a secondary bus reset. This patch is
adding vendor ID read immediately after a bus reset so that the
initialization procedure can be extended by the amount of time endpoint
requires.

An endpoint is allowed to issue CRS following an FLR request to indicate
that it is not ready to accept new requests. Changing the polling mechanism
in FLR wait function to go read the vendor ID instead of the command/status
register. A CRS indication will only be given if the address to be read is
vendor ID.

It works by accident, at the moment. We used to ignore both
/memreserve/s and the /reserved-memory node, but due to some unrelated
refactoring, we ended up honouring the reserved-memory node when
booting via UEFI

reservations, given that UEFI itself is unaware of them and may end up
occupying a region that should have been reserved.

Ok. Thanks for the explanation.

I understand the desire to make this SoC agnostic and consumer/dt
driven. Constructor pattern and all. Unfortunately the OF clk
provider is a getter pattern; not a constructor pattern. I'm
seriously concerned about the locking here because we're in the
framework creating a clk and tying it into a consumer list which
could cause all sorts of problems if we want to reenter the
framework and register more clks. Recursion abounds and my head
explodes! The recursive clk prepare mutex is not something anyone
should be thrilled about keeping around.

So, just don't do this. Instead, register the clks during probe
that exist for the firmware. That list could be discoverable with
firmware calls, or known based on different compatible strings
from DT that have the soc name in it, or something else. Even
scanning the entire DT tree for

	clocks = <&my_clk_node x y>
	
would be better, but probably hugely inefficient and outright
buggy with DT overlays so don't do it. If the firmware can't tell
us what clks are there, just have a table based on compatible
string and be done.
