[PATCH BlueZ v1 01/27] tools/test-runner: Do not report filesystems already mounted

With CONFIG_DEVTMPFS_MOUNT the kernel mounts devtmpfs itself, so
mounting it again fails with EBUSY, reported as an error on every run:

  Mounting devtmpfs to /dev
  Failed to mount filesystem: Device or resource busy

Only report other failures.
