An unexpected IO-APIC was found. If this kernel release is less than
three months old please report this to linux-smp@vger.kernel.org

well is just 1 pentium 4 xeon with HT, on one mother board asus 
http://www.asus.com.tw/support/download/item.aspx?ModelName=P4S800-MX&Type=All&SLanguage=en-us
but since is asked. The computer works fine, I upgrade for the latest
bios but have no effects, ACPI works fine.
