My kernel said to drop you guys a line. I am experiencing random
computer lock ups. Sometimes the computer runs fine, sometimes, it
crashes. I haven't noticed a pattern when it crashes. Nothing in
/var/log/messages that I understand at least tells me why, it just
freezes. Could this io-apic thing be why? I'm running mdk 90 kernel
2.4.19-24enterprise.
Hardware is an elitegroup motherboard with via vt8233 north/southbridge
chipset. Any help appreciated!
Ken
