No, it's not. I posted a patch fixing that. Enclosed again below.

(Doesn't yet switch the case where a single console switches from
KD_GRAPHICS back to KD_TEXT but handle the case of switching from
a KD_GRAPHICS VT to a KD_TEXT VT).

The "non-static" value is radeonfb_noaccel (to avoid clashing
with other drivers exposing a "noaccel" variable). The module
param is "noaccel", I don't want to change it. Taht all sucks,
I know, I'll see if I can come up with a better solution.
