[PATCH v3 03/14] drm/vkms: Add KUnit test scaffolding

Add the required boilerplate to start creating KUnit test.

To run the tests:

    $ ./tools/testing/kunit/kunit.py run \
      --kunitconfig=drivers/gpu/drm/vkms/tests
