[PATCH] accessibility: speakup: refactor deprecated strcpy

strcpy() is deprecated, use strscpy() instead.

As strcpy() performs no bounds checking on the destination buffer. This
could result in buffer overflow. The safe replacement is strscpy() [1][2].
