Just to comment on that

When I don't see the tag I am clueless *if and how* LLMs were used, in
particular as some subsystems seem to encourage not using them and we even
document it as a "rather nice to have" -- "should".

And if I see the tag, I am clueless *how* LLMs were used.

So I see your point that the tag as it stands helps a little bit, for my
day-to-day work, however, not much, as I really care about the "how". :(
