Kselftest Framework now has a dedicated mailing list
linux-kselftest. Update the entry in MAINTAINERS file.

Just out of curiosity, but why did you decide to CC me? Lately I have
been CCed in unrelated patches without any apparent reason (or at least
that's how it looks like to me). I'm starting to wonder if there's a
buggy script or something?
Now that I think this more, is it actually because I did quite a few
changes to MAINTAINERS file due to the recent wireless drivers mass
move?

Right. Your name popped up. Not all the names
getmaintainers script finds makes sense in all
cases, however I don't like to leave out people.
