Extend the Intel Remote System Update (RSU) driver to retrieve the
device info table through an ARM SMC call to the service layer.
The table reports flash size and erase size for multiple devices.

- Rebased onto dinguyen/socfpga_svc_fixes_for_v7.2 (includes bfd2eb9
probe goto cleanup).
- COMMAND_RSU_GET_DEVICE_INFO probe error path uses goto
remove_async_client instead of inline
stratix10_svc_remove_async_client() + stratix10_svc_free_channel() +
return (as in v3 patch 2/3).
- Device-info SMC/service-layer implementation and sysfs attributes are
unchanged from v3.
