[PATCH net-next 0/8] r8152: refactor and extend RTL8157/8159 support

RTL8157 and RTL8159 have different init, enable, up/down, hw_phy_cfg,
and PHY access sequences from RTL8156.  This series splits the shared
callbacks into per-chip variants and adds the missing RTL8157/8159
functionality: dedicated unload and change_mtu callbacks, TGPHY register
access via phy_read/phy_write pointers in struct rtl_ops, flow control
patch support through rtl_fc_pause_pkt_en(), and UPS support via
r8157_ups_en().

[PATCH net-next 2/8] r8152: support RTL8159 for different packages

RTL8159 has two different packages, QFN68 and QFN100. Therefore, split
RTL_VER_17 into RTL_VER_17_QFN68 and RTL_VER_17_QFN100.

[PATCH net-next 4/8] r8152: refactor r8157_hw_phy_cfg

[Chih Kai Hsu]

Refactor r8157_hw_phy_cfg into two functions:
- r8157_hw_phy_cfg
- r8159_hw_phy_cfg

Moreover, update PHY parameters for RTL8156B/57/59, and add two
bitwise operation helpers for sram2.

[PATCH net-next 5/8] r8152: support rtl8157_unload and rtl8157_change_mtu

[Chih Kai Hsu]

Introduce dedicated rtl_ops callbacks for RTL8157 and RTL8159:
- rtl8157_unload: a dedicated unload callback for RTL8157 and RTL8159
- rtl8157_change_mtu: determines MTPS depending on the packet size,
  with the range of MTPS from 10K to 16K

[PATCH net-next 8/8] r8152: support UPS for RTL8157 and RTL8159

Add a new function, r8157_ups_en(), to support UPS for RTL8157 and
RTL8159, and also extend r8156_ups_flags().
