Subject: [PATCH 1/1] platform: x86: Deletion of checks before backlight_device_unregister()
Date: Mon, 24 Nov 2014 20:40:22 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <547389A6.9090106@users.sourceforge.net> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <5317A59D.4@users.sourceforge.net>
From: Markus Elfring <elfring@users.sourceforge.net>
Date: Mon, 24 Nov 2014 20:30:29 +0100
The backlight_device_unregister() function tests whether its argument is NULL
and then returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.
This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
