[PATCH 05/13] board: venice: fix dram size for GW7901-SP486

The GW7901-SP486 with the exception of the -C revision has 2GB DRAM
loaded but incorrectly specifies 1GB in the EEPROM. Adjust the DRAM size
to account for this.
