If snps,no-pbl-x8 does indeed have a performace hit, should the 
workaround be to
a) turn tx checksumming off or
b) snps,no-pbl-x8 set?

I'll test to see the difference

If snps,no-pbl-x8 does indeed have a performace hit, should the 
workaround be to
a) turn tx checksumming off or
b) snps,no-pbl-x8 set?

I'll test to see the difference
