Reclaim can be called with interrupts disabled in atomic reclaim.
vmscan.c is currently using spinlock_irq(). Switch to spin_lock_irqsave().

Reclaim can be called with interrupts disabled in atomic reclaim.
vmscan.c is currently using spinlock_irq(). Switch to spin_lock_irqsave().
