Ok, for this driver, I'll just select PINCTRL under the ARCH_BCM_MOBILE.
We can move this to ARCH_MULTIPLATFORM once we're sure this is okay
for other platforms.

Ok, for this driver, I'll just select PINCTRL under the ARCH_BCM_MOBILE.
