I have no idea what is your error. Maybe you can describe a little bit
more about your system instead of adding a schematic...

We are a software community, sometimes we can help with few hardware
issue but it is not often.

There are 2 possible issues with this error:
- wrong boot configuration - please make sure the boot-config switches 
are set-up for sdcard boot;
- you have probably wrong sdcard boot-sector. imx233 is extremely picky 
on the bootlet layout. Please use a proven way to generate sdcard 
images, like Yocto (select one of the imx233 machines and try one of the 
simplest images like core-image-minimal). Yocto scripts generate working 
bootable images and reduce the hassle of the manual error-prone work.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer for this specific Windows issue.
I'm almost sure that double-checking with Freescale's imx233 datasheet
will bring lots of answers to your questions.

Also, please respond to the mailing list, so other engineers can also
benefit of these discussions.

Please use a more descriptive Subject for your message ;-)

First you need to port U-boot to your board. You can take a look at
imx23-olinuxino as a reference as adapt it as needed.
