Some fixed and cleanups to the DSB/flipq stuff. The main
thing is consolidating the use_dsb/flipq booleans into
a more sensibler commit type enum.

We don't have a codepath that does the color LUT update via
MMIO while writing the double buffered registers via DSB/flip queue.
So if we fail to allocate the DSB buffer for the LUT update we have
to fall back to a full MMIO based update. Make it so.

If we hit this with the current code then the entire LUT update
is simply skipped. After the fix the entire update, including
the LUT, will happen.

v2: Keep the use_dsb check in intel_crtc_needs_vblank_work()
    for the case when we need a color update but we have no
    LUTs, and thus we can end up doing the update via the DSB
    with intel_color_uses_dsb()==false

Check use_flipq in addition to use_dsb in
intel_crtc_needs_vblank_work(). Currently this is never the case
as we only use the vblank work for LUT updates, but we never
take the flipq path when a LUT update is needed. The plan is to
replace use_flipq/dsb with a single enum, so checking both will
make that change clearer.

We only support flip queue on LNL+. Don't initialize the flip queue
stuff on pre-LNL to avoid leaving confusing debug messages in dmesg.

Warn if use_flipq==true in intel_pipe_update_{start,end}().
These functions are part of the MMIO based commit codepath,
so should never get there with use_flipq==true.

We were also warning about use_dsb==true for the same reason.

Use intel_color_uses_chained_dsb() rather than intel_color_uses_dsb()
when deciding whether to evade the undelayed vblank/SCL in the mmio
based commit path.

A non-chained DSB will not wait for the undelayed vblank/safe window
before starting execution, and the LUT itself will be double buffered
in this case. Thus we only need to evade the delayed vblank.

We will never use the vblank worker based LUT update path on
hardware with double buffered LUTs. Split that check out from
the semi-illegble mess in intel_crtc_needs_vblank_work()
so that it's clear what's happening.

The rest of the checks in that mess are more about dynamic
runtime state, so keeping those together makes some sense.

into a helper. This mirrors intel_flipq_supported() and should
help unify the logic around selecting the codepath which will

Currently we calculate crtc_state->use_dsb by simply assuming
that DSB is available, and then falling back to MMIO when the
actual DSB buffer allocation fails.

This is somewhat confusing, and doesn't match how the flip queue
counterpart (use_flipq) is calculated.  Check whether DSB is
available ahead of time, just like we in the flip queue case.

The code to determine the number of required DSB commands for
the commit is now split into two parts in a messy way, and the
comment explaining the numbers is completely ditached from the
place that actually has those numbers. Consolidtate it all into
a single function that makes sense.

Currently we use two booleans (use_dsb and use_flipq)
to track how we are going to perform the actual commit.
That is rarher awkward, and potentially fragile as the
'use_dsb && use_flipq' combination isn't even legal.
Switch over to an enum instead.

v2: Rebase due to intel_crtc_needs_vblank_work() keeping
    the use_dsb check

We can't currently do full modesets, fastsets, nor async
flips via either DSB nor flip qeueu. Let's checks for those
up front to reduce the clutter in the if statements.

And while at it, throw in some TODO comments to remind
us that we may want to implement these via DSB/flip queue
eventually.

Currently DSB based commits don't leave any breadcrumbs via
tracepoints. Add new intel_dsb_commit and intel_dsb_done
tracepoints that at least indicates when the DSB does something.

We might want to improve this later somehow to have a slightly
better idea what the DSB might end up doing. But at least this
now shows that *something* is happening on the hardware.

Currently flip queue based commits don't leave any breadcrumbs
via tracepoints. Add new intel_flipq_add and intel_flipq_done
tracepoints that at least indicates when we something happens
via the flip queeu.

We might want to improve this later somehow to have a slightly
better idea what the flip queue might end up doing. But at least
this now shows that *something* is going on.

When this tracepoint is active, TP_fast_assign executes in an atomic
context (RCU read-side critical section with preemption disabled).
