You don't need reg and unit-addresses for these.

With that,

Yes, hope springs eternal :)

Since the GISB bus generally uses buffered writes it can early ack the
CPU bus master before the arbitration error is detected. This causes
the bus error to be seen as an asynchronous abort by the CPU.

* [PATCH v2 03/15] ARM: dts: imx6ul-isiot: Add imx6ul-isiot-common.dtsi

  To: Shawn Guo
  Cc: linux-arm-kernel, devicetree, linux-kernel, Sascha Hauer,

From: Jagan Teki <jagan@amarulasolutions.com>

lcdif nodes are differ wrt specific LCD connected on Is.IoT MX6UL
module, so create separate file 'imx6ul-isiot-common.dtsi' for common
lcdif node structure and include the same on respective dts.

More common nodes will add in future patches.

* [PATCH v2 11/15] ARM: dts: imx6qdl-icore-rqs: Replace codec 'lable: node@addr'
From: Jagan Teki @ 2017-03-24 16:18 UTC (permalink / raw)
  To: Shawn Guo
  Cc: linux-arm-kernel, devicetree, linux-kernel, Sascha Hauer,
	Fabio Estevam, Matteo Lisi, Michael Trimarchi, Jagan Teki
In-Reply-To: <1490372330-5611-1-git-send-email-jagan@openedev.com>

From: Jagan Teki <jagan@amarulasolutions.com>

According to devicetree specification from ePAPER v1.1
[label:] node-name[@unit-address] { };

label: should be human readable string describing a device.
node-name: The name of a node should be somewhat generic,
reflecting the function of the device and not its
unit-address: match the first address specified in the
reg property of the node and shouldn't have leading zeros.

So replaced
codec: sgtl5000@0a => sgtl5000: codec@a
