* [PATCH] vgaarbiter: documentation grammar correction

Corrects the following grammatical issues in the VGA Arbiter documentation:
- Fixes subject-verb agreement by changing "co-exists" to "co-exist"
- Corrects pluralization by changing "server" to "servers"
- Improves sentence structure for clarity
