  After executing kudzu, and removing the PS/2 mouse configuration, the
USB mouse works pretty well.(I'm sorry for I diden't notice this point
beofre.)
So this issue is gone. 

The interesting thing is that  PS/2 and USB mouse can work together
under  2.6. But 2.4 cannot.

In general, it's expected that PS/2 and USB mice can and do work
together, in 2.6 and 2.4.
