This problem's at your end; you need to do some BK magic to fix it.
I don't use BK myself, but I'm sure somebody else can tell you how to
fix it.

I think this means a previous "bk pull" is incomplete because it found

Problems:
1. USB cannot work

USB mose doesn't work like previous report.

2.PCI: no interrupt route for 00:00:03 pin B.

There is only 1 PRT entry below for bus 0, slot 3, pin D in DSDT.and the error message reflect that fact. This error is for device 00:03.3 SMBus.
I don't know how to test that device. Actually 2.6 will call acpi_pci_irq_derive try to derive IRQ from a parent bridge's, But 2.4 will not do that.
Maybe this is a issue. But it will not help this case.

                Package (0x04)
                {
                    0x0003FFFF,
                    0x03,
                    0x00,
                    0x32
                },

3. alloc 0x0-0xcf7 from PCI IO for PCI Bus 00:00 failed (Known issue)
Don't know how to fix

4. I don't have floppy in floppy driver, but below message is quite boring.
ide-floppy: hda: I/O error, pc =  0, key =  2, asc = 3a, ascq =  0
ide-floppy: hda: I/O error, pc = 1b, key =  2, asc = 3a, ascq =  0
