After the last changes, the mv643xx_eth driver now detects
a spurious interface on port 0. Since only port 1 is actually
connected to a PHY, remove its description.

I'm in a similar situation, except I'm using PCI instead of PCIe. I've
tried both removing the PCI interface from the dts, and disabling
CONFIG_PCI. Both work fine.
You probably don't want to leave the PCI interface in the dts and also
leave CONFIG_PCI enabled. I ran into some really strange issues this
way... (Linux ran through the quirks and tried to re-initialize a
network card, even though the driver was disabled, etc.)
I think the suggested way is to remove the PCI interface from the dts,
that way you can potentially share a kernel between similar boards with
and without PCI root interfaces, just by changing the dts.

On a somewhat-related note: there was an issue (I forget
the details) where the kernel needed to shadow some sort
of MSI state so that it could be correctly, um, kept-track-of,
after an EEH reset (it didn't need to be restored, because
firmware did this(?)). After some digging around and
discussion, we concluded that some generic PPC MSI
code needed to be altered to track this state, and/or
the main kernel MSI code needed to be changed to
(not?) track this state. Mike Ellerman seemed to best
grasp this area ... was this ever fixed?
Or perhaps this is an alternate fix for that bug? It may
well have been that calling the MSI disable triggered
the problem, I don't remember now.

This commit adds the setup code for booting Linux on AmigaOne G3SE (G3
only), AmigaOne XE and uA1 (G3/G4) desktop computers. These boards were
sold by Eyetech and are based on MAI Logic's Teron boards and its
Articia S northbridge.
The AmigaOne uses U-boot as firmware, which doesn't support a flattened
device tree yet. The northbridge has some design flaws, which makes it
necessary to use non cacheable memory for DMA operations
(CONFIG_NOT_COHERENT_CACHE) and to avoid setting the coherence (M) flag
for memory pages.

This device tree does not provide the correct CPU name, as various CPU
models and revisions are used in AmigaOnes. Also the PCI root node does
not contain a interrupt mapping property, as all boards have different
interrupt routing. However the kernel can do a 1:1 mapping of all PCI
interrupts, as only i8259 legacy interrupts are used.

This adds the bootwrapper for the cuImage target and a compatible property
check for "pnpPNP,501" to the generic serial console support code.
The default link address for the cuImage target is set to 0x800000. This
allows to boot the kernel with AmigaOS4's second level bootloader, which
always loads a uImage at 0x500000.

* [PATCH v3 4/4] powerpc: Default config for AmigaOne boards

CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE is selected, because otherwise the kernel
wouldn't boot. The AmigaOne's U-boot firmware seems to have a problem
loading uImages bigger than 1.8 MB.

I tested this scsi header fix on PS3 and it fixes the BLK_MAX_CDB
not defined build error when CONFIG_BLOCK=n.

* [PATCH] powerpc/fsl-booke: Add new ISA 2.06 page sizes and MAS defines

The Power ISA 2.06 added power of two page sizes to the embedded MMU
architecture. Its done it such a way to be code compatiable with the
existing HW. Made the minor code changes to support both power of two
and power of four page sizes. Also added some new MAS bits and macros
that are defined as part of the 2.06 ISA.
Note, its still invalid to try and use a page size that isn't supported
by cpu.
