Well, you still have to ask the kernel for the dirty pages
(qemu_kvm_get_dirty_pages). Much less simple and efficient than just
reading from qemu's dirty array.

I wasn't arguing for OpenGL, but for DGA (and thus have no numbers since
it doesn't work any more).
