Subject: Unexpected IO-APIC
Date: Mon, 09 Jun 2003 22:52:28 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <3EE5019C.9050903@aquarius-solutions.co.uk> (raw)
[-- Attachment #1: Type: text/plain, Size: 383 bytes --]
Hi, looked in my /var/log/messages and saw the following note
"An unexpected IO-APIC was found. If this kernel release is less than
three months old please report this to linux-smp@vger.kernel.org"
I'm running a Pentium 4, 2GB ram, Redhat 9, 2.4.20-18.9smp kernel. I'm
not sure if the kernel is less than 3 months old,
but you may find this useful.
Regards,
Julian Coombes.
