This set contains fixes for selective fetch area calculation.

Fixes in the set:

 - Clear plane selective fetch area on plane state duplicate and keep the
   area consistent on full update.
 - Add enabled pipe planes into the state before the plane checks to keep
   the UV and Y plane linking in place.
 - Set the selective fetch area for the linked Y plane also when selective
   fetch is being disabled.
 - Fix SFF_CTL and CFF_CTL register bit definitions.
 - Skip the plane selective fetch support check for invisible planes.
 - Don't write a zero sized area into the plane selective fetch area
   registers.
 - Remove misleading drm_info_once on zero sized selective fetch area.
 - Don't clip the cursor plane state destination rectangle when
   calculating the selective update area.

We are currently not clearing selective fetch area when duplicating plane
state. This is causing problem when plane is re-used for another
purpose. Fix this by clearing selective fetch area when duplicating plane
state.

Now as the state is cleared we need to ensure we have consistent selective
fetch area in plane state on full update. Earlier this was relying on
selective fetch area being copied from old state on state duplicate. Now
this isn't true anymore as we are clearing it. Tackle this by setting full
plane area as selective fetch area for each plane on full update. Rename
the label as skip_su_area_calc as the loop setting the plane selective
fetch area is not skipped anymore.

Move also psr2_sel_fetch_pipe_state_supported check after psr2_su_area
initialization. The loop is run on full update as well now and it needs
initialized psr2_su_area. Clip_area_update is only touching rect height and
x1/x2 are left untouched.

Don't set the area at all for planes not intersecting with the selective
update area. It is already zero sized after plane state duplicate.

Selective fetch support for biplanar formats relies on linking of UV and
the Y planes. Planes that are not part of the atomic state are pulled in by
the drm_atomic_add_affected_planes. If the UV plane is added into the state
by drm_atomic_add_affected_planes in the selective fetch calculation, the
linking isn't done anymore and the Y plane is left disabled.

Fix this by adding affected planes already in intel_add_affected_planes if
selective fetch is enabled.

Remove redundant drm_atomic_add_affected_planes from
intel_psr2_sel_fetch_update and redundant check for plane selective fetch
support that is not needed as all planes are already in atomic state on
first loop iterating them. Also switch to intel_atomic_get_new_plane_state
for linked plane new plane state.

Currently we are not setting linked plane selective area when selective
fetch is about to be disabled for the UV plane. Fix this by simplifying the
loop by just handling plane selective fetch disable and area setting same
way.

Also set the update_planes bit based on comparing old and new plane
selective fetch area. This way both the plane and its linked Y plane are
updated only when their selective fetch area changed.

Single full frame bit in SFF_CTL and continuous full frame bit in CFF_CTL
are bit 0. Fix the definitions accordingly.

Calling psr2_sel_fetch_plane_state_supported on an invisible
new_plane_state can trigger unnecessary full update. Avoid this by skipping
the check for invisible plane.

Currently we are writing invalid configuration into plane selective fetch
area registers. Check height of plane selective fetch area and return
early if it's 0 or less.

Selective fetch area is left as zero sized only when none of the planes
report any damage. This is a normal outcome e.g. on initial commit and not
a failure, so drop the misleading message and just do the full update
silently.

clip_area_update() uses drm_rect_intersect which modifies passed r1
rectangle. Early transport alignment passes the cursor uapi.dst rectangle
to clip_area_update, so the cursor uapi.dst is unintentionally modified by
drm_rect_intersect.

Fix this by using local copy in clip_area_update(). Also make the damage
and the display area const.
