It boots fine on Lion here, it looks like you might be using the wrong config?
The config you attached is for ZX1/McKinley.

I double-checked my config file. You are right.  After correcting this mistake, I can successfully boot 2.6 on lion.

It boot with any hang, but  Leagcy  keyboard hang.  --Luming
